The Shoppes at Eagle Point will create 600+ new jobs and an estimated $80 million in gross annual sales. Tenants include Publix, Shoe Carnival, Five Below, Ulta, Ross, Academy Sports, PetSmart, Torrid, Carters, Allure Nails, Ascend Federal Credit Union, Castle Dental, Five Guys Burgers, Panera Bread, AT&T, Chipotle, and Panda Express. This project would not have happened without diligence, leadership and a public private partnership.
