BIRMINGHAM, AL (May 19, 2021) – The Hale Center Economic Development Corporation (HCEDC) has selected Retail Advisor, a division of Retail Strategies, as its partner for retail recruitment and outreach in the city of Hale Center, Texas. Retail Advisor will act as a partner and coach, assisting in navigating the retail recruitment process with the city and city leadership.

Through the partnership, Retail Advisor will conduct ongoing feedback and coaching specific to Hale Center. This begins with a market analysis for Hale Center and includes an education portion with market research and site identification. The Retail Advisor team will also provide marketing materials, real estate flyers, and one-on-one coaching to discuss in-market sites and retailers. Additionally, Retail Advisor delivers support and preparation as well as representation at trade shows.
