Kam South Joins Retail Strategies as Portfolio Director
Retail Strategies is pleased to announce that Kam South has joined its team as Portfolio Director, serving as the main liaison with our community leaders in the Midwest. He will be working in Arkansas, Kansas, Indiana, Missouri, and Oklahoma. In this role, South will serve as the main point of contact between the Retail Strategies team and its community clients, and make outreach to real estate professionals on behalf of the community.
South brings a new skill set to Retail Strategies, having spent the past three years as an Operations Manager at Larry Blumberg and Associates working in hospitality management. He earned his MBA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University and received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government Affairs from Miles College. South is currently working toward his Ph.D. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.

Outside the office, South enjoys fishing, hunting, wakeboarding, and skydiving. He is currently working on his Private Pilot License (PPL) and competitively races cars and motorcycles.
