Gregory brings more than 10 years of community and economic development experience to Retail Strategies, most notably in downtown preservation and revitalization. Gregory previously served as Chief Executive Officer of the Greater Starkville Development Partnership in Starkville, MS, where she spearheaded the revitalization efforts of Downtown Starkville that led to unprecedented growth, expansion, development, and rebranding of the area. Gregory also created a downtown revitalization firm that specialized in solutions for community development, downtown revitalization, governmental relations, and public affairs, where she represented clients throughout the Southeast.

Additionally, Gregory brings expertise in governmental relations, having most recently served as Assistant Executive Director of the Stennis Center for Public Service, a federal, legislative-branch agency with offices in Starkville, MS, and on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
Gregory will help develop and implement the Downtown Strategies portfolio of downtown revitalization products, which includes contracting with municipalities, Chambers of Commerce and other economic development agencies to provide strategic direction, vision and implementation for enhancing their downtown areas.
