Robert Jolly Named Birmingham Business Journal’s 2020 CEO of the Year
Robert Jolly, CEO of Retail Strategies and Retail Specialists, has been named the 2020 CEO of the year in the 25-49 employees category by the Birmingham Business Journal.
The award recognizes excellence among top executives in the metro area for businesses of all sizes. The virtual event was held on December 3rd where the honorees and finalists were recognized.
“Robert is a phenomenal leader for both of our companies. Culture is everything to him and he cares much more about the employees’ personal welfare – their relationships with their family, their friends, their faith – more than the production they have here at work. He makes this a great environment for all of us and we’re very proud and excited for him.”Scott vonCannon, Chief Operations Officer, Retail Strategies
Birmingham’s commercial real estate scene continues to evolve, thanks to a mix of transformative redevelopments, high investor interest, big moves and excitement generated by the Opportunity Zones program, among other factors.
But behind those big deals and emerging trends are the individuals who are leading the local CRE scene.
Jolly is the co-founder and CEO of both Retail Strategies and Retail Specialists, delivering the vision of growth while overseeing the day-to-day operations for each brand. He is a CCIM Designee, a Charter Member of Vistage International CEO Group, and a board member of SouthPoint Bank in Birmingham.
