Andrew serves as the Director of Planning for Retail Strategies where he works with community leaders to audit the city’s comprehensive and master plans as well as any other municipal documentation such as strategic plans to advise clients on amending and revising the documents.
Before joining Retail Strategies, Andrew worked in many planning and development roles for the city of Chamblee, Georgia. His most recent role was the deputy director of planning and development for Chamblee.
Andrew graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in political science and master’s degree in public administration.
