Benjamin is an Associate for Retail Strategies where he assists retail development and property owner outreach in client markets. By leveraging Retail Strategies’ nationwide network and applying his background in competitive market analysis and land acquisition, he also facilitates brokerage and development opportunities for the company.
Prior to joining Retail Strategies, Benjamin worked for the Forestar group as a land development intern where he prepared competitive market analyses and proformas for potential acquisitions and assisted on site at developments. He also held positions at the University of Alabama Center of Real Estate and Russell Lands.
Benjamin graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Alabama where he received a bachelor’s degree in commerce and business administration with a minor in management and real estate. During his time outside of work, he loves spending time on Lake Martin and watching Alabama Football. He also likes to be outdoors hunting, fishing or traveling.
