Position
Cole Clark is a retail development coordinator for Retail Strategies. He specializes in retail recruitment in North Carolina and South Carolina where his focus is on identifying retail, restaurant, and hospitality companies to fill the product and service gaps within a client community’s retail trade area. His primary role is to leverage commercial real estate industry relationships to bring new businesses to client cities.
Previously
Before joining Retail Strategies, Cole worked for Keller Williams Realty as a marketing assistant where he managed multiple social media platforms and recruited new clients. He is also the co-owner of, Down & Dirty Lake Martin Maintenance, a residential maintenance company.
Cole graduated from The University of Alabama where he received his bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in real estate. He received honor roles in Alpha Lambda Delta, Phi Eta Sigma, and National Society of National Scholars.
Extracurricular
Outside of the office Cole spends his time playing a round of golf or fishing. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching Alabama Football.
