Dennis Maher is a business developer for Retail Strategies. He is a trusted adviser for communities in Oklahoma, Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri, guiding city leaders to understand the process of retail recruitment and development. Prior to working at Retail Strategies, Dennis was the vice president of sales at Buxton, a customer analytics consulting firm that provides data and analytics to city governments.

Throughout Dennis’ career he has been a featured speaker at events including the ICSC Downstate Illinois Alliance Program, the Illinois Municipal League’s annual conference, and the Retail Development Workshop for the Alliance for Innovation. He has also worked with ICMA to educate their City Manager membership through webinars on retail recruitment. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds his Texas Real Estate License.

Dennis and his wife, Angie, live in Fort Worth where they stay busy raising their two children, Brady and Abigail. He enjoys camping and will gladly challenge you to a game of cornhole any day.
