John received his degree from the University of Alabama with a major in Finance specializing in Real Estate and a minor in Computer Science. Prior to working with Retail Strategies, John gained valuable real estate experience during his two summers working at NAI Mobile. John began his tenure with Retail Strategies helping the implementation team call on property owners/real estate brokers, conducting research for clients and assisting with marketing properties to retail tenants. In addition, he assisted an in-house tenant rep with site selection efforts for their national retail clients.

John transitioned to Retail Development Coordinator for the Deep South territory, working on behalf of our clients in Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina and the Florida panhandle. In this role he is working with developers, retailers, tenant reps, and property owners, identifying sites and assisting retailers in their efforts to recognize properties within Retail Strategies’ engaged markets.

In addition, he is a licensed Real Estate Professional and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). In his free time he enjoys playing golf, hunting, spending time on the water, and watching football.
