As Retail Development Coordinator, Micah specializes in retail recruitment and helps to identify companies to fill the product and service gaps within each municipalities trade area. Her primary role is to leverage industry relationships and knowledge to assist retailers’ expansion into the Virginia, Ohio, Illinois, Minnesota & South Dakota markets.

Prior to joining the Retail Strategies team, Micah worked as a Property Accounting Coordinator for Retail Specialists, helping in day to day accounting tasks while also gaining hands on experience in the commercial real estate world.

After graduating from UAB with a Bachelor of Arts in Sciences, Micah moved to Homewood with her husband and son. In her spare time, Micah enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exercising.
