Michael is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for Retail Strategies, where he is responsible for architecting sale strategies and supporting the team of business developers in multiple regional offices. As someone who holds 25 years of experience leading business development teams under his belt, Michael has assisted businesses across the United States in cities, small and large, to achieve maximum success.
Before joining the team, Michael spent time in the professional beauty industry. He was fortunate to gain insight and work with large and small business owners in North America, such as Bassett Salon Solutions, Framesi North America, and Maly’s. During his Divisional Sales Manager role for Bassett Salon Solutions, he led multiple states as a multi-line distributor in the professional beauty industry and won Division/Region of the year four out of six years, based on YOY sales. Outside of the time spent in the beauty industry, Michael worked with Enterprise Rent-A-Car for 8 years where he gained experience and knowledge in the field of sales.
Michael possesses strong communication skills that have enabled him to succeed at all levels and with diversity and a variety of people. He is thoroughly versed in the mechanics of expanding sales and profits in a business-to-business sales cycle, to create a win-win outcome.
