As Retail Development Coordinator, Reid specializes in retail recruitment and focuses on the identification of retail, restaurant, and hospitality companies to fill the product and service gaps within each city’s trade area. His primary role is to leverage industry relationships with the brokerage and development community to assist retailers’ expansion into the Midwest and Florida.

Prior to joining the Retail Strategies team, Reid worked in residential real estate for Door Real Estate in Houston, where he gained hands-on experience in the real estate industry negotiating contracts and marketing properties. Reid also spent time after college working in Europe as a sale and travel specialist in Florence, Italy.

A native of Alabama, Reid earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Lagrange College in Georgia. Reid played football during college for both Lagrange College and the University of South Alabama. Outside of work Reid enjoys traveling, watching football, playing golf, and spending time with his friends.
